Real Madrid set their eyes on Jude Bellingham’s brother Jobe

Real Madrid is closely observing Jobe Bellingham, Jude Bellingham’s younger brother, following his strong performances at Sunderland.

The 18-year-old Jobe Bellingham has scored four goals in 21 games this season for Sunderland in the Championship, drawing attention for his rapid development.

Amid his standout performances, the Spanish outlet Sport notes similarities in playing style between the two brothers and has said that Real Madrid is eying a move for the young Englishman. Jobe, who is taller than Jude, is a midfielder who is seemingly more versatile.

Jude Bellingham has been a highly successful acquisition for Madrid, making a significant impact since transferring from Borussia Dortmund for £88 million ($110 million), scoring 16 goals in 19 games.

The 20-year-old is currently among the world’s top players, and Madrid may be optimistic that Jobe can emulate his brother’s success and potentially join the club in the future.

Both Bellingham brothers emerged from Birmingham City’s academy before pursuing different paths. When Jude departed for Borussia Dortmund in 2020, the Blues honored his contributions by retiring his No. 22 shirt.
