Brazil move for Carlo Ancelotti in doubt

The potential Brazil move for Carlo Ancelotti is now uncertain as CBF President is removed from his position following a judicial vote.

Ancelotti’s future has been closely examined throughout 2023. His contract with Real Madrid concludes next summer. As of now, there have been no discussions about a renewal.

Carlo Ancelotti has been strongly linked with the Brazil job. The Brazilian Football Federation President Ednaldo Rodrigues has been driving the interest in the Italian. However, this pursuit is now in serious doubt.

According to Globo, Rodrigues has been ousted from his position after a 3-0 vote in favor of this outcome in a judicial decision. Jose Perdiz, the President of the Superior Court of Sports Justice (STJD) in Brazil, has taken over. Nonetheless, Rodrigues retains the right to appeal the decision.

The impact of these developments on Ancelotti’s situation remains uncertain. Despite recent indications of his proximity to staying at Real Madrid, these events could potentially be the decisive factor in his decision.
