McCabe joined Raheny United when the Women’s National League (WNL) started in 2011. Before that, she had trained with the club, but league rules prevented her from signing a contract until she reached 16 years old. She played for Raheny United in the inaugural season of the WNL. 

During her time with the club, she achieved great success, winning two league titles and three consecutive FAI Women’s Cups with the team, affectionately known as “The Pandas”. McCabe also had the opportunity to represent Raheny United in the UEFA Women’s Champions League. She suffered a broken leg during the 2013-2014 season, causing her to miss four months of play. 

Around the same time, she received an offer to join the Florida State Seminoles women’s soccer team at Florida State University in the United States. However, due to her injury, the opportunity fell through.
