Cristiano Ronaldo may attend the Saudi Arabia Grand Prix on Sunday due to specific terms in his contract with Al-Nassr
Cristiano Ronaldo is enjoying his time in Saudi Arabia. The Portuguese star was recently spotted watching a fight between Jake Paul and Tommy Fury.
According to a report from The Sun, the 38-year-old will also be attending the upcoming Saudi Arabia Grand Prix. It is suggested that Ronaldo may be trying his hand at being a Formula 1 supporter.
Cristiano Ronaldo may be required to attend Saudi GP
Reportedly Ronaldo’s attendance at the Saudi Arabia Grand Prix is being requested by Al-Nassr as part of his contract. It is believed that he may be required to watch the race in person as part of his £170 million per year contract.
He will be able to attend the Saudi Arabia Grand Prix as a spectator because his team Al-Nassr will have already played the previous day against Abha in the Saudi Pro League.
In his last league match, Ronaldo’s team lost 1-0 to Al-Ittihad, and he reacted angrily to chants of Lionel Messi from the crowd after the match.
On Wednesday, before the Saudi GP and Al-Nassr’s league match against Abha. Cristiano Ronaldo played in the quarter-final of the King Cup of Champions against the same opponents. Although his team won 3-0, Ronaldo was booked for kicking the ball away just before halftime. It then led to him making headlines for the wrong reasons once again.
