Ronaldo is still adapting to life in Saudi Arabia, managing only a goal in his first three games for the club
Al Nassr midfielder Luiz Gustavo believes that teams fight harder against them now that they have Ronaldo in their side.
Will Ronaldo adapt to Al Nassr’s style of play?
According to Gustavo, the presence of Cristiano Ronaldo makes it harder for Al Nassr teammates to play since the opposition usually prepare harder to play against such a legend of the game.
“Ronaldo’s presence makes the games more difficult for us.” Gustavo said.
“All the teams are looking to participate against him in the best possible way, and he motivates everyone (opponents) to do their best.”
“Ronaldo’s presence makes the games more difficult for us.” Gustavo said.
“His presence in the team gives the group a great advantage because we learn from him every day, given the great abilities he possesses, both technical and physical. He was created for challenges and always outperforms them.”
It is already confirmed by Al Nassr coach Rudi Garcia that Ronaldo plans a return to Europe at some point in the future.
