Christian Atsu’s friend and agent confirms that the Hatayspor player hasn’t yet been located, days after the initial quake
Despite some hopeful news that Atsu had been found, his agent now claims that the 31-year-old is yet to be found.

The devastating earthquake in Turkey which registered 7.8 points on Richter scale, has already taken the lives of 35,000 people in Turkey and has left the fate of so many unknown.
One of these people seems to be Christian Atsu who is yet to be found, according to his agent.
The former Newcastle and Everton winger, made 112 appearances for the Magpies.
“We still have not located Christian,” Atsu’s agent revealed.
“I am at the quake site in Hatay with Christian’s family. The scenes are unimaginable and our hearts are broken for all the people affected.
“During my time here we have been able to locate Christian Atsu’s exact room location, and we have found two pairs of his shoes.
“Yesterday we received confirmation that thermal imagery was showing signs of up to five lives.
“However, I am told that the only real confirmation of life is through sight, smell and sound, and unfortunately we were not able locate Christian.”
