Al-Ittihad makes record-breaking £215m offer for Liverpool star Mohamed Salah

Saudi Arabian club Al-Ittihad is ready to increase its offer for Liverpool superstar Mohamed Salah to a world-record £215 million transfer bid.

Liverpool recently rejected a £150m bid from Al-Ittihad for Mohamed Salah. The Saudi side still is determined to sign the Egypt international this summer.

According to the Sun, Al-Ittihad has offered a new record-breaking bid for Salah to Liverpool. Their offer is worth an initial £170m, which could rise to £215m once various add-ons are taken into consideration.

Al-Ittihad is also ready to offer Salah a contract worth £2.45m a week. The Sun also claims that Salah will be awarded a share of all shirt sales and a £55,000 win bonus. He will be offered ambassadorial roles with three major Saudi companies.

The 31-year-old Salah is under contract with Liverpool until 2025 and Jurgen Klopp has insisted he is committed to the Reds. Salah already has scored two goals in the Premier League this season.

Liverpool has 10 points after four matches in the Premier League. They will face Wolves away from home after the International break.
