Real Madrid legend Guti has told Kylian Mbappe to be modest if he was to join Real Madrid
Former Real Madrid midfielder and captain Guti has warned Kylian Mbappe to keep his “head down” if he joins Los Blancos.
Humble Mbappe
The PSG star has been linked with a Real Madrid move ever since he joined PSG. The move was close when he wanted to leave PSG for free in the summer but his head was turned and he is currently spending yet another season with the French giants.
However, Mbappe’s move to Real Madrid seems inevitable. This is why former Los Blancos midfielder Guti has given some advice to the Frenchman.
Speaking on El Chiringuito, Guti said: “Mbappe must come to Real Madrid with his head down and be like one of the others in the dressing room.
“If this is not the case, he is mistaken and does not know which club he is representing.
“It is reality. [Luis] Figo came, Ronaldo came…
“I don’t know what his reality is in Paris and how it goes in the PSG locker room.
“He might be the best player in the world who would be signed, but Real Madrid are much more than that.”
Mbappe has scored 27 goals in 28 games for PSG. The 24-year-old helped France reach the World Cup. Mbappe also the Golden Boot of the tournament by scoring a hat trick in the final.
