With two consecutive losses, Barcelona’s form isn’t ideal going into their El Clasico clash, which has defender Aruajo complaining about their form
With Barcelona losing their last two matches against Manchester United and Almeria, Ronald Araujo is worried about the Blaugrana’s form ahead of El Clasico.
Ronald Araujo rallies Barca to perform
Robert Lewandowski, Pedri and Ousmane Dembele, perhaps Barcelona’s three most important players, are all out for El Classico. Barca forward line hasn’t been inspiring in their absence either. However, despite the worries, Aruajo believes that they could still deliver in El Clasico.
“El Clasico is always special, and it’s a match that everyone wants to play. Madrid are a team with great players. We’re ready,” he told Barca TV. “The team is like a family, we are all close to each other. We’re coming from two consecutive losses, but the team is good and we know our potential. We have to wake up and turn the page.
“There’s still a lot left for the end of the season, and we’re top of the league.”
Barcelona and Real Madrid’s El Clasico clash comes in the Copa del Rey setup with their next La Liga game being against Valencia.
