Graham Potter, the former Chelsea manager, is reportedly still in high demand as West Ham becomes the second Premier League club to show interest in him
The Daily Mail reports that West Ham are interested in hiring him as their next manager. The Hammer could try to persuade him to return to coaching. This is despite the fact that Potter has expressed his desire to stay out of football for now.
Potter is unlikely to be interested in the challenge of turning around West Ham’s 15th-place position in the upcoming season. Additionally, Nuno Espirito Santo and Mauricio Pochettino are said to also have no interest in taking over for Moyes.
David Moyes’ contract with West Ham will expire at the end of the current Premier League season. And it appears that both parties are willing to part ways due to the team’s underwhelming performance.
If Moyes can guide West Ham to a successful run in the Europa Conference League. And avoid being relegated from the Premier League it could be a positive end to his tenure. The Hammers are set to face Gent in the second leg of their quarter-final match on Thursday, with the aggregate score currently tied at 1-1.
