Rabiot opens up about his future at Juve

Juventus’ brace hero Adrien Rabiot promised even more goals to Juve fans and left the possibility of his stay at Turin open

Juve managed to win 4-2 in dramatic fashion against Sampdoria, where Rabiot scored a brace to continue his outstanding season.

After taking a comfortable 2-0 lead through goals from Gleison Bremer and Adrien Rabiot, Juventus were surprised by Sampdoria who scored twice in just 72 seconds to equalize before half-time.

Rabiot might stay at Juve!

Rabiot scored his second goal in a controversial manner, as there were suspicions of handball, and Dusan Vlahovic missed a penalty by hitting the post. In stoppage time, Matias Soule scored from a rebound off another Vlahovic shot that hit the woodwork, securing a 4-2 win for Sampdoria.

“In some moments, we all have to take responsibility and step up. it was an important goal to bring home the victory. I am happy,” Rabiot told DAZN.

“We had started the game well, then conceded two goals we absolutely should not be letting in. It’s a matter of mentality, we must work to be more concentrated throughout the match. Those distractions allowed two goals.”

I am happy to help the team and then we’ll see

Rabiot

Adrien Rabiot’s contract with the club expires at the end of the current season. The Frenchman is currently in talks with Juventus for a contract extension, but the club’s qualification for the Champions League may play a crucial role in the negotiations.

“I am not thinking about anything at the moment. I am happy to help the team and then we’ll see.” Rabiot said.

I am happy here, which is why I am scoring so many goals at the Stadium, and I think I will score more too.”

Rabiot had been a frustrating figure for Bianconeri fans throughout his time in Turin but has been in the best form of his career this season.
