With rumors of him leaving the club in the summer, Mourinho has said that Roma ‘They know what they can expect from me’.
Jose Mourinho’s contract with AS Roma will run until 2024 but he has recently admitted that he turned down the chance of replacing Fernando Santos as Portugal’s head coach.
Roma now sit fourth and 2 points away from the second-placed Inter Milan in the Serie A. although Mourinho was heavily criticized as his team exited the Coppa Italia which he didn’t take too well.
“I had the chance to leave, but I decided not to, and the story ended.“
“It’s mid-February, do you think the club will talk to me in June? I guess it would be too late,” he told Sky Sport Italia on the eve of Thursday’s game.
“I don’t expect anything, they know what they can expect from me. Nobody works more than me in Trigoria.
